The National Spill Control School (NSCS) at Texas A & M is pleased to deliver HAZWOPER and Oil Spill Response Theory webinar courses to National (US) and International responders across the globe. The 40-hour webinar has been split into two separate courses. The classroom instruction will be presented online over 3-days as an online webinar.
